The Kingdom Excellence Masterclass was established in September 2024 in response to a divine mandate to help churches and faith-based organisations inculcate the spirit of excellence into their services and events. It is an interactive and intensive class designed to equip Christian leaders and their teams with skills and a go-to toolkit for continuous development. The ultimate goal is to represent Christ with excellence within and without the walls of the church.
Each Masterclass focuses on kingdom principles and behaviours that are catalysts for both personal and corporate operational excellence, and is aimed at driving holistic growth of Christians and the Kingdom of God more broadly. Each Masterclass session is tailored to the particular needs and growth vision of the ministry or organisation. At the end of every year, a selected charity or ministry receives financial and in-kind support from the proceeds of KEM as part of our social impact mandate.

About

The Founder

Naa Akwetey is a Transformational and Coaching Christian Leader, Staunch Kingdom Builder and an Operational Excellence Enthusiast, graced with the gift of helping and administration (I Corinthians 12:28). As she facilitates each class, she exudes a contagious passion for excellence and growth, leaving attendees inspired and challenged to operate with the spirit of excellence that sets men apart (Daniel 6:3). She brings to bear several years of experience serving churches and ministers of God across Ghana, Nigeria, the UK and the USA.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in Risk and Stochastics from the London School of Economics. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of mPharma, responsible for strategy and operational efficiency across 9 African Countries.

The vision of KEM is two-fold:

  • Partner with Christian-led organisations with the goal to elevate their operational standards to drive excellence and sustainable growth in their kingdom-focused assignments.
  • Identify, train and develop Kingdom Excellence Ambassadors worldwide who will be “preferred above the presidents and princes because an excellent spirit rests in them” (Daniel 6:3). A Kingdom Excellence Ambassador is a born-again Christian who embodies the tenets of the Christian faith and has shown commitment to being an ambassador of excellence, light (wisdom and knowledge) and good works (social impact) wherever they go (Matt 5:16) and in all areas of their life.

This Masterclass is tailored for Christian leaders dedicated to a pursuit of operational excellence and continuous growth for both themselves and the organisations they lead. This Masterclass employs a ‘train-the-trainer’ approach and is intended to equip leaders with the tools to develop and nurture excellence within their teams, regardless of the scale of the ministry or organisation.

In-person intensive group training sessions for leaders, workers and volunteers of Christian faith-based ministries and organisations as well as kingdom events. It includes one free consultation (up to 2 hours) with the ministry leader(s) and an assessment report.

  • How do I book a Kingdom Builders Masterclass for my ministry?

  • How long is each session?

    Each session is interactive and designed to last up to 4 hours.

  • How much does each Masterclass cost?

    Kingdom Builders Edition: The initial two-hour introductory consultation with the ministry’s leadership team to assess the ministry’s strengths and areas that need support can be booked for FREE so contact us today! The price per session starts from $350 and can vary based on the size and needs of the ministry.

    Kingdom Leaders Edition: for these special edition sessions, the cost of each session will be announced ahead of each Masterclass and typically requires a donation to a KEM charity of the year.

  • What does the minimum $350 cost cover for a Kingdom Builders Masterclass?

    The initial investment provides access to the following:

    • A review of the key documents about the ministry e.g.Charter document, department service manuals.
    • An operational excellence assessment report for the ministry’s current operations based on observations from an on-site visit.
    • A pre-workshop survey and analysis for the cohort of kingdom builders attending the Masterclass
    • One 3- to 4-hour Masterclass session for up to 15 church leaders or workers.
    • Notepads, pens and light refreshments for attendees.
    • A post-training consultation 3 months after the KEM session to evaluate and review progress towards operational excellence targets agreed with the ministry’s leadership team.

  • Can a Masterclass be booked for more than 15 people?

    Yes! Each additional headcount will cost $10. Sessions with groups of 50 – 100 are recommended to maximise interactivity of the sessions, though larger groups can be accommodated.

  • What does each Masterclass cover?

    The contents of each KEM session will be tailored to the purpose and needs of the ministry and includes scripture-based principles of kingdom leadership and service. Each session will expound on principles of excellent Kingdom Service and how to cultivate them, a five-part Excellence framework for holistic personal growth and character development, pillars of church growth and much more!

  • What will be required of the ministry before each Masterclass?

    Attendees of the KEM session would be required to complete a pre-workshop questionnaire ahead of the session. Ministry leaders may be required to share some key operational documents such as the ministry charter if readily available (a non-disclosure agreement would be signed if required for any sensitive documents shared).

  • Do you host virtual KEM sessions?

    All KEM sessions are currently held in-person at the ministry’s location of choice. Send us a message and we’ll be glad to discuss your Ministry’s needs.

  • Can I pay in other currencies?

    Yes we accept payments in multiple currencies. After each registration, we provide you with multiple options for payment.
